I'm part owner of a local investor group that includes Buster Douglas and his manager John Johnson. We hold their life rights and are currently in negotiations with Amazon Studios to make the film. As I've learned after 14 years of trying to make this film, this sounds cool but could collapse at any time for any number of random reasons. Hollywood is not like Ohio.
